| 30 days or more before departure | Full amount paid, minus the booking amount |
| 15 to 29 days before departure | 50% of the trip cost |
| Less than 15 days before departure | No refund |
Non-refundable flight, train, visa and permit costs are deducted as charged by the provider. If we cancel a departure, you get a full refund or a free transfer to another date.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
