Bookings

A booking is confirmed when we receive the booking amount and send a written confirmation. The balance is due by the date in your confirmation, usually 15 days before departure.

Prices

Prices are per person in Indian rupees and include GST unless stated. Prices for international trips may change with exchange rates and airline fares until fully paid.

Travel documents

Travellers are responsible for valid ID, passports and visas. We help with visa applications, but the decision is the embassy’s.

Health and safety

Adventure activities carry risk. Travellers must share relevant medical conditions and follow the trip leader’s safety instructions.

Changes

Weather, roads or government orders can force changes to an itinerary. We will offer the closest alternative.
