Booking and payment

How do I book a tour?

Send an enquiry from the tour page or message us on WhatsApp. We confirm availability, send the written itinerary and payment details, and hold your seat once the booking amount is paid. The balance is due before departure.

How do I pay?

By UPI or bank transfer to our company account. We always send a written confirmation and receipt.

Can I customise a group tour?

Group departures follow a fixed plan, but we can build a private version on your dates. Ask us.

On the trip

Are your trips safe for solo women travellers?

Yes. Groups are mixed, stays are vetted, and trip leaders are trained in first aid.

What if someone falls sick?

Leaders carry a first-aid kit and know the nearest medical help on every route. For high-altitude trips we carry oxygen.
